Refund policy

Not satisfied with your orders? No worries, we get you a 30-day window after receiving your order to change your mind and return your item(s). 

1. Damages and faulty items: 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days from the date of receiving the order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately. 

2. Return Policy:
We accept a 30-day returns for all customers in the US. All returns are subject to a return shipping fee of $5.99. To start a return, you can contact us at info@mousaijewelry.com within 30 days from the date of receiving your order based on delivery tracking. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (box, gifts and pouch included). Please be aware that we don't accept returns for the following conditions: 
  • Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
  • Items that have been worn or altered
  • After 30 days from the date of delivery
  • Orders placed with a promo code or final sale cannot be exchanged or returned

3. Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. Refunds: 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7-14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
